We are located at the popular Factory 9 precinct on Hill Street, right next to DeGroot Coffee, in Port Elliot South Australia.
Our studio features a wide variety of Pilates equipment and accessories, including Pilates reformers, ladder barrel, trapeze table, Pilates chair and BOSU balls.
Changing and bathroom facilities are also available in the studio.

Helen Treloar, pictured above, is the founder of Fleurieu Pilates.
With over 10 years experience of Pilates practice, and over 6 years as a nationally accredited Clinical instructor, Helen is passionate about the benefits Pilates can bring to every body.
Her specific interest lies in pelvic floor education and how this helps clients improve their quality of life.
Helen aims to help all clients take learnt skills from their sessions at the studio into their work, hobbies, sports and every aspect of their daily lives, optimising fearless movement.
Laura Boag joins Fleurieu Pilates after finishing her Certificate in Reformer and Mat Pilates and KX training.
Laura has an interest in health and fitness and the benefits associated with mental health and enjoys helping people discover the strength and resilience in their bodies.
She loves Pilates as it gives her the opportunity to explore movement and connect with clients.
