Our studio

We are located at the popular Factory 9 precinct on Hill Street, in Port Elliot South Australia.

Our studio features a wide variety of Pilates equipment and accessories, including Pilates reformers, ladder barrel, trapeze table, Pilates chair, BOSU balls and more.

Change room and bathroom facilities are also available.

Fleurieu ACT provides Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) sessions for individuals, couples and groups, including work teams, sports clubs, schools and more.

Our instructors

Helen Treloar – Founder & instructor

Helen Treloar (pictured) is the founder of Fleurieu Pilates.

She has been a nationally accredited Pilates instructor for more than 7 years and has practised Pilates for over a decade.

Helen is passionate about the benefits Pilates can bring to every body, with a specific interest in pelvic floor education and how this helps improve quality of life for her clients.

Her aim is to help all clients take learnt skills from their sessions into every aspect of their daily life and to optimise fearless movement.

Laura Boag – Instructor

Laura Boag joins Fleurieu Pilates after finishing her Certificate in Reformer and Mat Pilates and KX training.

With an interest in health and fitness and the benefits associated with mental health, Laura enjoys helping people discover the strength and resilience in their bodies.

She loves Pilates as it gives her the opportunity to explore movement and connect with clients.

You will find Laura at the studio taking fpFIT and Reformer sessions.
